Norsk Countrytreff is proud to present artist number 3 in our line of strong female country artists - Carlene Carter. With Tanya Tucker in 2018 and Emmylou Harris in 2019, we are proud to announce that Carlene Carter will take the trip to the Norwegian Country Meeting at Breim in July 2022! We planned to have Carlene in 2020, had a hope of getting her in 2021 - and finally we get the lady in place - in 2022!
